2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 296 of 2019 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have attempted to commit rape with the victim.

4. The case was investigated and the police has exonerated the petitioner and other two accused finding the case to be false. The Magistrate has differed with the final form and taken cognizance.

5. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada/ concerned Court in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 296 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
