JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 345 (B0, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. petitioner No.1 is said to have entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty and when she raised alarm he fled away and after sometime petitioners came with all family members and assaulted the informant causing injury.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is property dispute between the parties and they are agnates and due to property dispute the present case has been

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Arwal in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No.-55 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
