2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Halsi (Ramgarhchowk) P.S. Case No. 321 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 504/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to Ramgarh Chowk, the accused persons including the petitioner intercepted his way and started abusing him. Further, at the order of the petitioner, co-accused Lokesh Yadav @ Kailash @ Tike fired shot at him which hit at his back and sustaining injuries, he fell down on the ground.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The informant was an accused in murder case of son of

It has further been submitted that the petitioner is only order giver and co-accused Lokesh Yadav @ Kailash @ Tike, on exactly similar footing, has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 59600 of 2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the fact that co-accused Lokesh Yadav @ Kailash @ Tike, on exactly similar footing, has been granted regular bail, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi (Ramgarhchowk) P.S. Case No. 321 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
