JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition for anticipatory bail in order to enable the petitioners to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. In the event of any such petition being filed, the court below shall take into account that one of the named accused persons viz. Chintu Yadav @ Badhu Yadav has been granted regular bail and that the allegations levelled in the FIR are general and omnibus and nothing specific has been alleged against them. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty/observation aforesaid.
