Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 412, 216, 120(B),121,124(A), 419, 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/25(1-a)/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2016 with allegation that from Goshala of this petitioner, two rifles and four cartridges were recovered.
Earlier, this Court refused prayer to the petitioner on 13.02.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.53254/2016 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within nine months.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Goh Police Station Case No.73 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
