The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 200C of 2021 registered under Sections 423, 114, 420, 465, 467, 471, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. From perusal of Annexure 2, 3 and 4, it appears that the petitioner is the adopted son of Brajnandan Singh. The complainant has lodged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3619 of 2023(2) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 a false and fabricated complaint case against the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner is aged about 69 years (Annexure-6) and the complainant with a view to grab the property of the petitioner lodged the instant complaint case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Complaint Case No. 200C of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
