The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2017. FIR is against unknown. The petitioner has confessed before the police and on the basis of his confessional statement the looted bolero pickup van was recovered from the possession of co-accused Jitendra Kumar Singh, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9964 of 2018 (3) dt.30-03-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ujiarpur P.S.
