Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similar issue was decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 3673 of 2019 vide order dated 9.5.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the

Patna High Court CWJC No.24374 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 claim of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 9.5.2019 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 3673 of 2019 and pass appropriate order for redressal of the claim of the petitioner within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
