ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is the mother-in-law of the deceased, is in custody since 24.09.2017 in connection with Patory P.S. Case No.177 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that other co-accused have now been granted bail and the petitioner is an old lady, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Patory P.S. Case No.177 of 2017.
