2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 242 of 2024, for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that from the possession of this petitioner one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.08.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79068 of 2024(3) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 242 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Sherghati, Gaya.
