Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the matter appears to be of love affairs between the victim and co-accused Minaz Alam, which would be evident from the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, though she has stated that she was forcefully taken away by Minaz Alam and this petitioner. However, in the latter part of the statement, she stated that after Mohania, the petitioner left the company and she travelled with Minaz Alam up-to Jaipur via Varanasi without

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18928 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 making any protest and Minaj Alam was pressurizing for marriage.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kargahar (Barhari O.P.) Police Station Case No.248 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
