The petitioners seek bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and the petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery.
