JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Cabinet Vigilance Bureau, Bihar, Patna via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.72 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner obtained employment on the basis of fake testimonial and under the orders of this Court when the inquiry was conducted by the Cabinet Vigilance Bureau, it was found that the mark-sheet

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75905 of 2019(3) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 issued by the Jharkhand Intermediate Council, Ranchi on the basis of which the petitioner secured employment was fake, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
