The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who has already been acquitted by the court below in Sessions Trial No. 571 of 2021. Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law (Dewar) and petitioner no. 3 is sister-in-law (Gotani) of the deceased and they are separate in mess and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7709 of 2023(3) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 property and they have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IXth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah (Madhaurah) P.S.
