The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Belaganj P.S. Case No.294 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police raided a lonely place and recovered 10 litres of country made liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no manner of concern with the recovered liquor. The recovery of liquor was made from an open place and the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of the secret disclosure.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the
