Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,379,467,468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended at the spot when he was attempting to change the A.T.M. card of another customer at the A.T.M. Center. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2017. Investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16471 of 2018 (2) dt.23-03-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sakari Police Station Case No.147 of 2017, G.R.No.2088 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
