Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S.Case No.470 of 2016 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 504, 506/34 the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, the informant has purchased a piece of land and there is allegation against these petitioners that they forcibly tried to grab the land and also demanded Rangdari.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68930 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is land dispute between the parties and the title suit has also been filed by some of the petitioners against the informant.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S.Case No.470 of 2016 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
