The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No.1023 of 2017 registered under Sections 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioner and two others kidnapped his daughter.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.. She disclosed that her father forcibly got her married with Santosh Kumar, a person of double age of her and he always subjected her to torture that is why she left the house and went along with the petitioner with whom she has been love affairs. Considering the facts that victim herself denied the

No.18079 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 story of her kidnapping, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.1023 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
