Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.94/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,341,323,324,326,307 of the IPC and Section 27 of the arms Act.

Although, petitioner is named in the FIR but no specific overact has been attributed against him. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and submission on his behalf is that he has been implicated in this case on account of village politics.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory

No.68355 of 2019(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) within two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.94/2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
