2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 345 of 2023, registered on 11.08.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against two named accused persons and two unknown accused persons against whom there is allegation that they have killed the informant's daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Counsel further submits that petitioner No. 1 is the father-in-law of the deceased (informant's daughter), and petitioners Nos. 2 and 3 are the sisters-in-law of the deceased. Counsel also submits that the deceased had a son out of wedlock. Additionally, counsel submits that prior to her death, the deceased was undergoing continuous treatment, and on the date of the occurrence, she suffered severe stomach pain. Counsel further submits that the criminal antecedents of the petitioners are clean.

5. Upon a specific query from the Court regarding the status of the husband of the deceased, counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the deceased is absconding in this case.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is a specific allegation that the inlaws of the deceased continuously tortured and mentally harassed her due to the non-fulfillment of dowry demands. On 09.08.2023, all the accused persons allegedly tortured and assaulted the deceased, and later that night, in connivance with each other, they killed the informant' daughter and subsequently

7. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, therefore the bail application of the petitioners is hereby rejected.

8. In case, the petitioners surrender within four weeks, then the Trial Court is directed to pass order on their surrendercum-bail application on the same day without being prejudice that the anticipatory bail of the petitioners has been rejected by this Court and the Trial Court shall pass order on the merit of this case.
