2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case, registered for the offence punishable under Section 126(2), 115(2), 125(b), 109, 103(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per FIR, named accused persons including 10-15 unknown persons assaulted informant and his brother with lathi and danda as a result of which, informant's brother died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner surfaced in this case during course of investigation. Similarly situated other co-accused Sagar Kumar has already been granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78433 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 regular bail by this Court vide order dated 17.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76539 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.05.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge XII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.
