Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that the matter is of love affairs between the victim and co-accused Raju Kumar. Allegation against the petitioner and others is that they had helped Raju Kumar in abduction of the victim. The statement further discloses that Raju Kumar married with the victim. Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
