2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 182 of 2025 instituted under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and one Ajay Kumar are said to have assaulted the victim due to which he sustained various injuries and then he was taken to hospital for treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not assaulted anyone. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner on the ground that the victim has sustained an injury on his head, which is said to have been caused by the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
