Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1629 of 2022, Trial No.766 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 354B, 372, 373, 504, 506/34 of IPC, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.
Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application considering the fact that petitioners are ladies.
