Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

About 70 to 80 person kidnapped to the son of the informant. Out of that 17 were identified and are named in the FIR. Petitioner is one of them. The victim has already returned and considering the aforesaid fact some other co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45837 of 2014. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
