2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 05.07.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No.20480 of 2018 has not been complied till date.

3. Counsel for the O.P. submits that the show-cause has been filed and in the show-cause, the order in compliance of this Hon'ble Court passed in the writ petition, has been attached vide Annexure-R/1 contained in Memo No.12 dated 21.08.2025. As such, the order has already been complied.

4. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped and the present MJC application is hereby dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner that if he has still any grievance then, he may challenge the said order before the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
