2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 302 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased or the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 15.05.2023.

4. Considering the above, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
