1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in Beldaur P. S. Case No.246 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 323, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and the investigation of the case is still going on.

3. The learned Additional P. P. submits that the offences for which the instant F.I.R. has been instituted carries

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83117 of 2023(3) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 punishment of less than 7 years.

4. The said submission of the learned Additional P. P. is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional P. P., the anticipatory bail application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari vs. the State of Bihar).

6. The petitioners would be at liberty to file a representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police and the Investigating Officer of the case within a period of three weeks from today with a web copy of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536 of 2024 and the concerned Superintendent of Police shall ensure that the Investigating Officer of the case strictly adheres to the direction contained in the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr.
