2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Daniawan P.S. Case No.56 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on 24.05.2015, the informant received an informantion that her niece Malti Devi who was married five years ago has been killed and her dead body has been concealed. It is subjected that the deceased was subjeced to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand and that the in-laws killed her due to non-fulfillment of that demand.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81194 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 petitioner has submitted that petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and earlier vide order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37767 of 2016, he was granted anticipatory bail but he could not appear before the trial Court and file bail bond due to his illiteracy and negligence. Now, he is languishing in judicial custody since 17.05.2024.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that on merits he has already been granted anticipatory bail vide aforesaid order, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Daniawan P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015.
