3. Grievance of the appellant-Poonam Kumari is that

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1116 of 2024(6) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 she has not been heard while deciding CWJC No. 4846 of 2022 decided on 03.09.2024. By virtue of the aforementioned order of the learned Single Judge, appellant-Poonam Kumari's right has been affected or taken away, in such circumstances, remedy available to the appellant-Poonam Kumari is to file a review or filing a fresh writ petition to recall the order dated 03.09.2024 passed in CWJC No. 4846 of 2022 in the light of Hon'ble Supreme Court decision in the case of Shivdeo Singh and Ors vs. State of Punjab and Ors, reported in AIR 1963 SC 1909.

4. Accordingly, the present LPA No. 1116 of 2024 stands disposed of. Pending Interlocutory Application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
