Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is younger brother of the husband of the victim of dowry death. Husband is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and other inlaws of commission of death of victim for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. Petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already concluded against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
