====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the co-accused person namely Md. Reyaj having fraudulently solemnized marriage with the informant and thereafter it is alleged that the petitioners herein, who are the family members of the said Md. Reyaj, are

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if at all anyone is having complicity in the matter it is the said Md. Reyaj and the petitioners have got nothing to do with the alleged incident since the marriage has been solemnized fraudulently by the said Md. Reyaj with the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
