The petitioner has been in custody since 25.11.2017 in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 387 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Excise Act. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of VIth Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Laheri P.S.
