JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Simultalla Case No. 56 of 2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43693 of 2022.

In compliance of the order dated 15.12.2023, a status report has been received in respect of conclusion of trial 11.01.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of eighteen months.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82283 of 2023(4) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.
