Case No. 11 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of IPC.

From the impugned order, it appears that proclamation has already been issued under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. and process under Section 83 of Cr.P.C. has also been executed against the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent.
