JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH) 13-11-2019 This application, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, has been filed by the petitioner for modification in the cause title of the order dated 22.08.2019 passed in CWJC No. 11237 of 2019. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 22.08.2019 in the address section of the petitioner, P.S. Jagdishpur has been typed, which ought to have been P.S. Kotwali.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State does not dispute the prayer of the petitioner.

Regard being had to the nature of amendment sought for,

Patna High Court MJC No.4370 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 the application is allowed. In the cause title of the order dated 22.08.2019 passed in CWJC No. 11237 of 2019 in the address section of the petitioner, P.S. Jagdishpur be read as P.S. Kotwali.
