2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No.191 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the deceased. The petitioner no. 2 is said to have caught hold of the deceased and petitioner no. 1 is said to have given stab wound upon the deceased.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner no. 1, namely, Salma Khatun, is the assailant of the deceased, her application for grant of bail is dismissed.

5. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, since petitioner no. 2 is not alleged to have assaulted the deceased, her application for bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner no. 2, namely, Amina Khatun, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, District- Siwan in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 191 of 2023.
