====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners seek bail in a case for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 447, 448, 307, 504, 506 of the IPC, 27 of the Arms Act and 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 17.07.2019
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73395 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/3 at about 7.30 P.M. in the evening, the informant with his family members was sitting at his door. In the meantime, petitioners and other accused persons variously armed with Sword, Farsa, Lathi, Katta, Rod and Bomb came there and started abusing and assaulting them and attacked with Bom on the informant and his family members, as a result of which, Ramanuj Rai, Rampravesh Rai, Kamal Rai, Pappu Rai, Sabrin Kumar, Anil Rai and Bali Rai sustained injuries. They were admitted in Referral Hospital, Sonepur thereafter referred to P.M.C.H., Patna where treatment is going on.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are languishing in custody since 19.07.2019. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioners. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific injury is attributed against the petitioners. No overt act is alleged against the petitioners.
On behalf of the State and the informant, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

No.73395 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 3/3 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Saran, Chapra, in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 506 of 2019.
