Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 559 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 379, 147 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and others causing death of one Mahesh Ram. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation is attributed to any of the petitioners, rather specific allegation is against Mukesh Ram and Santosh Ram. Further submission is that petitioner No.2 is juvenile.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, so far petitioner No.2 is concerned, he should appear before the Juvenile Board and make such prayer. So far petitioners Nos. 1, 3 and 4 are concerned, let them surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order and on their so surrendering they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 559 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
