1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 351(2) and 352 of the B.N.S., 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 01.05.2025, 13 named accused persons including the petitioners came at 10 A.M. and started abusing, further on order of Lalji, accused Golu assaulted Rameshwar by an iron
2/4 rod causing injury on head and repeated the blow on chest, thereafter Arvind assaulted Ritesh by an iron rod causing injury on head and assaulted indiscriminately on back, further Lalji assaulted Ravindra by an iron Gadwal causing injury on head and Pankaj along with Manish assaulted Ravindra by lathi on body, while Manji assaulted Rinku by an iron rod causing injury on head, further Manish assaulted Ravindra by iron rod causing injury on head, thereafter Pankaj assaulted Chhotu by iron rod causing injury on head, while Sanjay snatched chain of Asha and Priyanshu acted inappropriately with Asha and Rajkumar snatched mobile of Ritesh, further Prince assaulted Brijesh by an iron rod causing injury on head and Ankit assaulted Anil by sharp weapon causing injury on forehead, further the injured were taken to hospital.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant on account of dispute relating to land. It is submitted that the side of the informant had captured government land for which an application was given from the side of the petitioners to the authorities for removing the encroachment being done by the side of the informant on government land which perturbed them as such an altercation
3/4 took place in which both side assaulted each other. It is also submitted that it does not appear probable that informant with such certainty could have alleged who assaulted whom, where and by what. It is further submitted that as far as petitioners are concerned, petitioner no.1 is alleged to have assaulted Brijesh causing injury on head but the injury has been opined to be simple. It is further submitted that petitioner no.2 is alleged to have threatened with gun but then the case is not instituted under the Arms Act and petitioner no.3 is alleged to be an order giver. It is next submitted that petitioners will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove their innocence.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No.145/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down
4/4 under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
