JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to grant J.P. movement pension to the petitioner inasmuch as he had participated in the J.P. Movement, which was held in-between 18.03.1974 to 21.03.1977, under the leadership of Late Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan and the petitioner had also been put in jail under Misa and D.I.R provisions."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach

Patna High Court CWJC No.17168 of 2024(2) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 the Home Secretary (Special Branch), Government of Bihar, Patna, i.e. the Respondent No. 2, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
