For the Petitioner/s :

Mr. Rupesh Kumar, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s :

Mr. Parmanand Prasad, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.02.2022, passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 48484 of 2021, to the extent that in the cause title of the said order, the name of the petitioner be read as "Vikash Kumar Singh" instead of "Vikki Singh, Son of Munchun Singh".

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in the said petition, the name of the petitioner was mentioned as "Vikki Singh" since the same name was mentioned in the FIR also, but in the AADHAR Card, the name of the petitioner has been mentioned as "Vikash Kumar".

This Court has considered the submission made on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12853 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 behalf of the petitioner. This Court finds that in the order passed by the Court of Sessions, where the petitioner's anticipatory bail application was rejected, the name of the petitioner was mentioned as "Vikki Singh" and the same name is mentioned in the FIR also.

In view thereof, the claim of the petitioner for correcting the name of the petitioner in the cause title of the said order is not made out.

As such, the prayer of the petitioner is rejected and the present application is dismissed.

However, it is made clear that this order of rejection would not come in the way of the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
