Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. As a matter of fact, petitioner under his good office had only extended help to the informant in getting the loan. Charge has already been framed in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2018.
