ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2019, in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414, 411, 413 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, admittedly, the petitioner has been taken into custody merely on suspicion as he was driving a motorcycle without any registration number. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that for the alleged recovery of the motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner, no case of theft was lodged.
