Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30747 of 2021.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that charge has already been framed against the petitioner and only three witnesses are left to be examined. Petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2020.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-VII, Gopalganj in Kuchaikote
