The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2019 in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 222/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the IPC and Section 30(a)/33/41/47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but have been saddled on his shoulders. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Addl.
