Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been alleged in the first information report that after the first round of firing petitioner came and fired upon the informant, but from the injury report at Annexure-3 it appears that there is only one gun shot injury and this fact falsifies the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2019.

Case No. 151 of 2019.
