The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 214 of 2018 arising out of Dharahra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018, registered under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that it would appear from the first information report that on the basis of the fardbeyan of the informant, Brahmdeo Sharma, in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018, corresponding to S. Tr. No. 214 of 2018, was lodged on 10.02.2018 against unknown. In course of investigation, the witnesses, whose statements are detailed in paragraphs 12, 22, 23, 24 and 25 of the case diary, raised suspicion having hand of the petitioner and three others in this case due to land dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2018.

Tr. No. 214 of 2018 arising out of Dharahra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, III, Munger.
