The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 417/418/419/ 420/ 465/ 466/ 467/468/469/470/208/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Two FIR named persons appeared before the Patna High Court Administration for their joining on Group-D Posts in the Patna High Court. The joining letters were found fake letters. Thereafter, the High Court Administration lodged Kotwali P.S. Case No.267 of 2017 against the petitioner as another person Sparsh Kumar Sah has brought him for joining. This Court has granted bail to this petitioner in the case lodged by the Patna High Court Administration. The present F.I.R. has been lodged by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12429 of 2018 (2) dt.05-03-2018 P2/ Sparsh Kumar Sah for the same occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.269 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
