Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 17.02.2018 passed in the present case, as in the 4th paragraph of the order "on the confessional statement of one Raj Kishore Sahni" has been incorporated in place of "on his own confessional statement".

Accordingly, order dated 17.02.2018 is modified to the extent that in the 4th paragraph of the order "on his own confessional statement" be read in place of "on the confessional statement of one Raj Kishore Sahni".
